Description

Barley By-Product Pellet is a feed consisting of Barley Screenings and Malt Sprouts. Malt Sprouts are the rootlets and sprouts from barley seed which have been allowed to germinate and then dried. It is a medium protein supplement typically used in livestock feed and not swine or poultry primarily because of the fiber level.  Due to the fiber level, it can be fed at a relatively high level replacing a portion of hay as well as grain. Please note: This feed has no vitamins or minerals added.
